Felicite - oftentimes referred to as Fay by close friends and family - is the twenty-four-year-old owner of the jewelry store in Sepalum. She inherited the store from her late father at twenty-one and has been taking good care of it ever since, making things look nice and tidy and saving up money for expansions. She lives on the top floor of the shop, so even if the signed says "closed", there's a pretty good chance that Fay is inside.

Fay takes a lot of pride in her appearance and is often seen wearing merchandise she's created for herself. During her free time, she can often be seen browsing through racks at the clothing store. Some may say she's superficial, but Fay thinks that looks are important. Fay has never been married, and her short string of serious relationships have all ended badly. Fay has a tendency to jump into things too quickly, and she doesn't exactly understand the concept of "taking things slow", which has ended with her getting her heart broken more than a few times. However, Fay isn't under the impression that she needs a man to keep her going; she's a businesswoman through and through, and she isn't sure what she would do if she wasn't self-sufficient.

• Though Fay usually spends a lot of time making herself look presentable, she can sometimes be seen in the mines scavenging for ores and precious metals. She'll never say it aloud, but she likes the work.
  
• Fay is very motherly in every since of the word; she is nurturing and nagging all wrapped up into one, and has a tendency to take people under her wing, so to speak. There have been times in the past that she's even housed some of the younger residents on the peninsula for free.
  
• Despite being stereotypically motherly in every other aspect, Fay cannot cook to save her life. She usually orders in or grabs some microwaveable dinners from the general store before heading home.
