As the night slowly starts to set and the air gets cooler, the small herd of sheep huddle for warmth. Their wool is still too short to provide comfort in the cold, making it a bit of a struggle. The temperature continuous to drop to an uncomfortable and cereal level. Even the owner of these sheep start to worry as she walks with a ram hat on her head with pompom attached to a sting dangling down her shoulders. She tucks her hands under her arms trying to salvage her heat, and calls forth her dog to round up the livestock. After a series of whistles, from the tall grass, her dog bolts out barking at the sheep. Running between and to their sides, the furry critter nips at their feet to move back towards the ranch. The bleating furry marches like a band towards their little home. Getting faster and faster as the dog gains more control over them.
Just near by, the other animal Adelaide own, stands proudly in a tree just a few feet from the barn. While the dog's attention is on the sheep, the young rancher makes her way to her protesting goat.
"Come on Miki! Get down from there!"
Adelaide starts raise her voice in hoped of getting the goat down, but all she manages is a stair down from the tree. Her tone is still neutral making her shouting sound a bit off and unserious. It's no where enough of a shout to convince that the goat is in trouble. As a result, Miki refuses to hop down to a lower plane. She was quite comfortable up in the leafy branches as she tried to ignore the cold.
"Miki! You need to get back into the barn before it get's too cold!"
Now irritated by her owner's shouting she looks away trying to play it cool. She'd probably hop down on her own once the rancher leaves, but Adelaide doesn't have the time to hang around and wait for the goat to jump off on her own. She needs to lock up the barn and make sure it's warm inside for this strangely cold night. Time is too precious to be lolling all because of one goat.
"Miki!"
