[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,10,true][atrb=style, width:451px;,bTable] three points where two lines meet. toe to toe, back to back, let's go, my love it's very late. 'til morning comes, let's tessellate. This was definitely gonna be the hardest thing she had ever done in her life, she thought. She was gonna have to climb that big ol' mountain and try to claim it as her own. They said she couldn't do it. They thought that she couldn't do it. So, she was small! Sure, she was ten. But that didn't mean she couldn't do nothing, right? The blonde looked up at the huge rise, his eyes widening in fascination as she held on tight to the thin ropes that she had wrapped around her shoulders. Ooh, this was so exciting! She could just feel the adrena ... andreni... whatever. She couldn't remember the word. But she was definitely, definitely excited for this! More excited than anything she had ever been in her life! It was like an adventure! Plus... plus, maybe once she got to the top the kids at school would have stopped picking on her and stuff. She wasn't lame or anything. She thought she was cool and stuff! But since she wore the same clothes basically every day - she knew how to do her laundry but she just liked wearing the same clothes - it apparently wasn't a good thing. But that was alright. That just meant she could be friends with people who actually liked her right? She rested her small hands on her hips, the girl moving to take off her sandals before flinging them into her backpack. She tightened the straps then, Fallon breathing out slowly before she moved to cling to the rocky walls. Her feet looking for a place to settle themselves so that she could start climbing. But with that said, she had failed to notice that there had been something of a path worn out by the adventurers before her. Her hands grabbed at the nearest indents in the wall, pushing herself upward a bit slowly before her foot slipped again and the girl came tumbling down to the ground. "Oww..." She mumbled. The edges of her eyes filling with tears as she moved a bit slowly, rubbing at her backside from pain. That hurt... how silly of her. She had forgotten to throw her rope up there so that she wouldn't fall down again. Of course, she didn't have a harness. So there was that. ...hm. She moved to get up off of the ground, the ten year old tilting her head back as she debated her route of action. How was she even going to do this? Her feet were kind of stinging too, she thought. Probably 'cause she fell and stuff. Hm, she thought. How was she gonna do this? 'Cause right now, she was thinking up a real big story. She was the knight in this story that had been told no. One too many times for her pride to stand. And the prince had gotten kidnapped and stuff by a big dragon at the top of the mountain! She was gonna save him 'cause she was the only knight left and everyone else died. Which was kinda sad but she supposed she could live with it. She wanted to be a hero for once! So with that final conviction, Fallon made the attempt again. Starting to scale the side of the mountain though she continued to fall every so often. That was fine though. What kind of adventure would she be on if she didn't get a few nicks and bruises here and there? |
