needing a wizard!

Yoooo peeps! this is for maxine, one of my little duckies who was put under a rather nasty curse that took away her magic for quite a bit and, more importantly, made her an eternal tween year old. She's been looking for the culprit ever since and I think it would be fun if she found him in primula.

Quick lowdown on their history if the bio is tldr:

Maxine was full on into ancient crime syndicates, conning and robbery way back when. She was a thief and the wizard was her target. She was aiming to get a certain ring, one very valuable and stocked with a lot of power (probably agelessness but idrk rn).

So she did her magic, a one night stand, she got away with the ring but the wizard managed to curse it first.

The curse had two parts: A) it took away her magic abilities. B) It made her a tween again.

She's been under this curse for 98 years but recently managed to unlock her magic, unfortunately she's back at square one in terms of her skill.

She's been hunting the wizard down for quite a while now both for revenge and the hope he can get her curse undone (she's very much starting to loser her patience).

I'm like super flexible about him, pretty much my only desires are:

a) he's old, 300ish+ I'd say, since that's about her age.

b) He also had to be be pretty strong and intelligent/cunning to not only put such a curse on a ring but also trick Maxine into taking it. Because of the power level thing on tih (and also because lbr it might be really interesting/fun anyway) Perhaps he could have his powers taken/inhibited somehow?

c) He's got to be at least a little bit dorky. Maxine's curse was pretty much made by him to 'teach her a valuable lesson' or something so he's that kind of dude. In previous posts Maxine referenced him visiting a disco bar and enjoying bad puns but that can easily be her exaggerating or retcon'd some other way if you want.

So yeah, I think thats about it. Any takers?
