[atrb=valign,top][atrb=style,padding-top: 10px;] ▣ F AMILY because of how he lost his parents to the sea, he's a little hard nut when it comes to starting his own family. he hates seeing people hurt, and knows that bad things happen around him so he'll often prefer to be alone. in secret he wishes for a normal family like he had before, however. ▣ R OMANCE while he shies away from commitment and responsibility (although he's very reliable), he does fall in love from time to time. it's not something that happens very easily, however, but once it does happen, aurelio's the shy and awkward guy who won't openly tell someone his feelings. ▣ F RIENDS being the friendly average joe, aurelio probably has a lot of friends, but they probably don't really think of him that much. he's nobody special, to say. he's very earnest and hardworking in his own trade, however, so if people see that as a good trait in someone, they'd feel comfortable around him. ▣ R IVALRIES some people might become annoyed with his laid back nature, his lazy personality and how he doesn't always do what he's supposed to, but despite all that, aurelio's actually quite hardworking when it comes to certain things, such as fishing and taking care of his sister. i suck at plots so bear with me here k.

Maeve likes Aurelio because he's easy to trick, it's just too bad all he can ever offer her is fish. She doesn't need fish she has a boat!! And maybe Aurelio kinda likes Maeve, because she's this interesting, entertaining individual that has a lot of stories to tell.

AND maybe there is some sort of BUDDING FEELINGS like i don't know i feel awkward with any sort of romance plot but I want to take advantage of his dead parents - er. Basically it's like he gets to like her a lot and then whenever she leaves in the winter he just kind of gets like.

Horrified that maybe she's going to die out at sea like his parents yknow.

SHUT UP THAT'S AN AWESOME PLOT IDEA GET OUT.

okay so, fact is aurelio'd be a total sucker for maeve. like, he'd be super super easy to trick, 'cause he's just that stupid. but like you mentioned he doesn't have anything else to offer but fish. aurelio would be completely mesmerized by her, however, because of how she's pretty interesting and all that and that she HAS A BOAT. he obviously wants one, 'cause like he fish.

aurelio's totally too stupid to know that she's a con artist, also, so he'd definitely try to be friends with her, good terms and all. he wouldn't crush on her, though. she's older and comes off as this mysterious person from the sea, that both scares and amuses him greatly. so i feel this whole admiration thing going on, where he's in awe of her, completely oblivious to her schemes and what not. and during winter he'd definitely be worried that she too could fall into the treacherous water, which would just intensify his admiration feelings for her during spring time 'cause hey, she survived the sea 8U

idek man, auro's just a complete nutcase. so i see these two having a fun time with each other, but also a little nervewrecking 'cause of her ulterior motives. and maybe at one point he'll come to see her as an older sister, even though she's only a year older? that'd be cute, 'cause they're like total opposites. and then one day after that she's just all 'oh god why are you here, go somewhere else' 'but i want to hear your stories' 'B|'

So Iris and Aurelio seem like they'd get along real well. Iris would probably come to his fish shop a lot just to tease him and give him a bit of a hard time, being silly and finding different ways to make him so more work then he really has too. Though, she'd do it just so she could get his attention. (She likes attention) and probably would buy him something if he ever got annoyed with her. So I dunno, I tried? Sorry I suck at this. XD

ahh, iris is a little similar to aurelio, so i think they'll get along well. except for the whole loud and short-tempered part of her personality, because he likes peace and quiet yo. but they're both gullible and positive people so i believe it'll be just fine. she's younger, though, so he'd feel responsible if anything happened to her while she was around him and stuff. and he'd definitely feel closer to her if he knew about her parents, 'cause he doesn't have any either.
maybe he'd feel inclined to helping her out, so whenever she tries to make things difficult for him he'd just go 'i'll take care of that, you just make yourself comfortable' or something, 'cause really, he's that stupid. at the very least he'd feel obligated to fish for her or give her from the shop, just 'cause of her story and feeling sorry for her, even though a similar thing happened to him. lol idek man, but i like it. could be like a rivalling sibling thing between them.

I can easily see Elena wanting to smack Aurelio on the head for being lazy. She certainly wouldn't be shy about it either. Either at the shop or just...passing by him when he obviously should be doing something?

That just sounds really awkward and weird...but that's the basic idea I got. Elena attempting to kick his butt into some gear when needed.

ahaha you know, aurelio would prolly come to elena's workplace and be all "ahh i'm so tired, give me something good to drink" but not really having done any work at all really. so she'd have good reason to scold him! i totally see her asking him if he's done any work if they pass each other by on the street or something. and aurelio'd be all dumb-founded if he caught her thieving, because he's such a gullible and oblivious man lol.

Hahaha, I like it! Talking about his work and such at the bar would probably be more believable than her coming into his shop right away and catching him. : )

OH GOSH! That would be funny! One, since no one she's ever really known has known about her thieving and two, since it's a person she finds pretty lazy and unmotivated most of the time.

i'm lazy so this is ugly but whatever. heeeeeeeeeeeey~! these two are going to be the biggest pair of fools around. i just see this random picture of them fishing together talking about why the sea is blue or something. she'd bring him cookies and they'd have picnic's near the lake. umm her memories that include him over time might actually start to stay with her even if they don't because she absolutely loves him so much she'd probably force herself to remember. if all else fails she'll just stay by his side because that would help too. expect clinginess. so close friends for sure!

she could come into his shop too, but he's not there that often. he's a slacker, so he skips work a lot .. it's a wonder he hasn't been fired yet. maybe he'll become the owner one day and then he could slack all he wanted lol.

also if he caught her thieving he would just go "uwoh- how did you get that? i totally have something similar. in fact, i think i have an exact replica of that- that's such a coincidence!" idek. maybe she'd even feel compelled to befriend him, since she'd realise he could rat her out or something? he's observant, but he's stupid so just minor blocks would put him off track lol.
but yeah, i think we've covered it now. awkward friends? y/y?

AURELIO & BLANCHE

hi teeeeea o/ i'll be lazy with you and do ugly things ok.

there's not a lot that separates these two when it comes to personality, so i see some clashing in the future, but a whole lot of fun involved. aurelio'd be so fantastically dumbfounded when it comes to blanche's past; how she's manmade and all, and ask her questions like all the time non stop. they both have memory trouble as well, so maybe they'd go "hey, i think i've seen you before" around each other a lot of the time, until finally they get so used to each other that both their faces are implanted in their brains for good.
they'd fish and be happy together, for sure, and aurelio'd even invite her to keep him company at the fish shop whenever he feels the need to be there. maybe aurelio'd be that 'gay' friend she has, although he's not, who helps her with stuff like dressing and doesn't think twice about it because he's just too stupid.
in any case i'm all for clingyness! let the close friendship commence.
