history

A native to the city, Kimberly did not grow up in the rural outskirts that she dreamed of for very many years. The oldest of three children, those being supported by her widowed aunt, she was considerably more to take care of than the rest of her siblings when concerning her blindness. Though she enjoyed learning about new things, Kimberly was withdrawn from the education track at the age of ten, justified by her aunt's reasoning that 'she'll never be able to do anything anyways'. While her aunt did instill several hard lessons into her, those which shape her realistic mindset of today, Kimberly resented her aunt very much. The next five years would be consumed in the tedious tasks of a slave, caring to her aunt's every whim while trying to provide her brother and sister with the care their deceased mother could not.

When their aunt did finally pass, age and old heart claiming her life, Kimberly shed plenty of tears even in the face of all her surrogate parent had done to her. She would take what little her aunt had left behind and her two siblings far away from the city. She remembered having heard about the Sepalum Peninsula in an advertisement of some sort, promising the simple life of simple joys. With a small lot to call their own, they have settled in the bustling town, excited to begin anew.
