Alaric & Callum
D'aww, but the ~they randomly meet in the street~ plots are the best ones! :C
Jokes aside, I really like this idea. Rosencrantz didn't grow up in the town, but he did visit with his parents whenever they sold their vegetables. I'm not sure if this fits what you were imagining, orz, but if Callum was an adventuresome child he might have ventured to their cart. Then this weirdo and him started talking (although I imagine Alaric would have been pretty reluctant to speak at first) and forged a sort of friendship. I can't really think of a reason as to why Rosencrantz would dislike Callum, so yeah, a friendship of sorts it is. Then they'd chat every year~. Until the unfortunate accident.
Is this what you were going for? o: Please do tell me what else you were thinking of in regards to these two. I do like the idea you have.

CALLUM&KOLORA* Omg LOL I like him he seems like a silly character to be around. Kolora on the other hand might think he comes off too boldly. With his inappropriate jokes and endless flirting she will ask him why he doesn’t just have a normal conversation with her. She will find him amusing, constantly wondering what lines he’ll feed her in order to sweep her off her feet. She might even drop by at the tavern to say hello! But if he comes to visit her it will catch her off guard, especially if he isn’t sick or in need of some patching up. Maybe he’ll ask her out on a date? Then just completely forget about it leaving her alone at the place they were supposed to meet; who knows. Kolora is open to dates but he could mess with her and probably break her heart depending on how close she lets him get to her.

Alaric & Callum
Oh, in that case, I must have misread your post. x: Sorry. D8
Sounds good. Ahahahah, Rosencrantz will be so confused. Just one little thing, Callum might probably have known him as "Adrian" instead of Rosencrantz, so maybe there could be some name confusion there. And Alaric flatly telling him that Adrian is not his name, and that he has no idea what he's talking about. He'd probably come to the conclusion that Callum is talking about someone else entirely, so it'd be interesting to see how Callum would react to that. If he'd be adamant that it really was Rosencrantz, or if he'd accede to his theory.

Ann and Callum [/size] Haha, oh Callum~ being a tease to the innocence that is Ann. She’ll definitely grow to like him, and probably tend to bother him a lot whenever she’s in town for her shipments, and maybe take a break and stay in the bar for a while, to talk and mingle with the red haired male! And of course, if he ever teases her while being blunt expect the same! <3 From there on, they would have this sort of teasing friendship between the two, and from there I think it would possibly stay that way/depending on the rp, really.
Hope I made sense!! <3

oh dear if callum struggles to impress the ladies he's got a slight challenge here
hadia's a girl who ADORES total shown-offs and if he dared to flirt with her the fact that it couldn't be followed up by supreme, majestic & romantic act would colour her disappointed. still, as of right now she stays in his inn as she readies what plans she's got for sepilum!
otherwise they don't have reasons not to get along! as long as he gives her a room priced decently for the next season or two she'll be absolutely ok with him (maybe she tried to haggle the price a bit to begin with but who wouldn't also his rooms look decent right hadia will demand the priciest one anyway oops).
but i would see their their dynamic being really fun, esp since he runs the tavern as well! she can't be hunched over books forever and she definite enjoys the evening drink ;) see: her harassing him about giving her drinks free since she stays at his place ! her with a glass in hand, seductively whispering (read: loudly slurring) “customer discount customer discount” & offering tips in seducing ladies in exchange for shots
ok no gimme feedback because i definitely see hadia liking him even though she'd be probably one of his more vivacious, demanding customers

CALLUM&KOLORA* It’s okay, I like seeing my characters heartbroken and in any type of drama *U* it makes things so much more exciting! So feel free to sweep Kolora off her feet then drop her to the ground. I hope Callum knows that once he breaks her hear all he’ll receive from her would be death glares. Where should our first thread be?!

Mal & Cal: Dynamic Duo!
Maybe they're old friends already? And every now and then she'll pop in on him to say hey and try to coerce him into being one of her guinea pigs.
And of course if they've known each other for a while they probably do have names they can call each other. And she may or may not play a few pranks on him every now and then. Sound good? Maybe?

{ CALLUM } I think they should be friends~~. Perhaps a bit brotherly, because Desmond needs someone to show him the ropes and to be his cool old guy friend, and he goes out to drink all the time in my opinion. (Alcohol is like a lethal weapon at home, if she got a hold of it Ana might pitch the table through the wall or something, who knows . . .)
I imagine that since they both live on the penisula, they could have easily ran into each other, and Callum's sarcasm and standoffish personality seems good for Desmond's . . . er, stoic one. Or something. Whatever he qualifies for, although I think he might miss the jokes; he sometimes forgets to pay attention and is a bit innocent-minded. Either way, as long as he can drink, what does he care what rough-around-the-edges reputation Callum has? Plus, they can both pretend they are ladies men when everyone else knows they aren't. even if callum seems to be pulling it off better than my awkward kid ever will
. . . I kinda wonder if Callum would think he was a bit dense, though. Desmond's booksmart and pragmatic, but not really the observant type sometimes.
Seem good? Add, subtract, deny?

right what will he do without freja? who knows man!!! things could go crazy!!! no seriously where's freja where's that blonde bombshell by that i mean CALLUMS GONNA BE FUN TOO?? jeez love this guy
ok, so james can deal with a little bit of sarcasm for sure!!! i actually really like the term “kind of bros”? like my blonde is pretty nervous in this new setting he'd be a maybe a little too polite around callum for his easygoing tastes! but i think he'd had a really good effect on james, at least as he learns to relax in this new place
that being said the moment callum calls james out on his bs and tease it's just going to be a very polite "no oops you must have misunderstood me i love farming i el oh ve ee it" and firmly continued. and yeah the teasing might get a more angry reaction from james ok 8( that doesn't help him a t all poor him having to endure wacky chase scenes.
JAMES MAY BE A BUSY RANCHER but he'd be also a "i'm so not avoiding work why would i go avoidin something i love" visitor i'm sure! so he'll be there every so often i'd like to think until cal starts teasing him, alright? w/e cals a total meanie well he has NO ONE and james has FREJA so he wins!!!!

i definitely get your drift we are the twinniest! they'll hit it off like that then!!
especially if he obeys her whims wow he may be terrible at flirting but a man who gets her cheap drinks is a landlord worth sticking around with. yes and definitely all in the name of science & this is LADY SCIENCE! the most prestigious and wildly acclaimed academic field where you must address hadia as professor.
and fun yes that too
but man i'd love to friend these two and i think a tavern thread could be pretty fun? even god-awful lady tips going on where hadia's a tiny bit tipsy and trying to distract callum from his work to learn how to be mr charmer. i mean there's a chance to invite even more of callum's unwitting customers into this too

Well, obviously Elena has to have some respect for the man who is her new boss. I can see them getting along decently, but between his sarcasm and abrasiveness and her own temper and stubborn tendencies some slight flare ups may occur?
IDK, just let me know!
