in complete honesty, juniper has absolutely zero idea how on earth she had found herself trying to make a living in what she calls hill billy hell. and in complete honesty, it's no surprise that she calls it that. she hates being outside. she hates gross smells. and she hates having to deal with people who believed in some magical goddess that theoretically makes their crops grow better? uh yeah right. like that's ever going to happen. people may never really find out how she came to arrive in the town but rumors have been speculated on how she had.
some people claim that she got fired from her last job. and it was so bad that they had kept her from being able to publish any real designs. others claim that there was some unspoken incident that had happened to her back in the big old city. in complete honesty, it isn't any of those things. she originally came from the small town of primrose, but left early on when she was around sixteen. unfortunately, her parents fell ill and as a result she returned home to take care of them. although she lives on her own, she does go to try and take care of them on her own. not that she tells anyone about why she's in town. she prefers letting the rumors give depth to her otherwise shallow character.

- she introduces herself only as juni rather than juniper. her actual name is horribly ironic considering the circumstances. as a result, she isn't particularly fond of letting that part about her escape to the public. most people aren't aware that her real name is juniper outside of people that knew her when she was younger.
- her natural hair color is blonde. however, she dyed it pink both because she wanted to stand out in the cut throat fashion world as well as the fact that it happens to be one of her favorite colors.
- despite the fact that she criticizes people for what they wear, juniper actually never dresses up herself. she is most commonly found wearing sweats of some sort. she claims that it is because dressing up is wasted on people that wouldn't realize it. but really she just likes feeling comfortable above all else.
- juniper runs a small shop inside of her own home. although there is a tailor present, she doesn't seem to show much concern about it and imports clothes to be sold to the few people who can actually appreciate designer labels in primrose town.
