This modern era holds no place for warriors. As the age of false peace and blissful ignorance reigns over the whole world, the lineage of the Xiao, known as one of the founders and keepers of a renowned discipline that revolves around the usage of swords called The Seven Stars, slowly eroded into memories and folklores.
Kenneth, or what his father would call him, Lee, is an only child of a poor family. Their poverty's inevitable since his father spent too much time practicing the family's secret art hence there was not much opening for him. His mother didn't have much either, she spent most of her time at home tending to things a house wife would do. They only moved in Sepalum Peninsula two years after Lee's birth, in hopes to find an opportunity to attain a better lifestyle. Fast forward several years later, they were able to find themselves all the necessities required to live. They got a house, and the family's father found a job as a time to time lumberjack and hunter, selling their goods to the locals or shops. Kenneth, was able to attend the local school and helps his father delivering their goods when he's available. It's also worth mentioning that his father was even able to find time to teach the family's art to Lee. However, life's not all about sun shines and flowers. Sickness befell on Lee's mother, a very rare disease. They tried their best to invest and work hard for her health, but death finally knocked on their door and took her away. Lee's father succumbed into depression, he managed to slightly recover from it, but the scar was still there. Ever since then, almost every night he had to drink himself to sleep and has refused to teach his beloved son more about The Seven Stars.
As much as he wants to know more about it, Lee's priorities were to keep his father from spiraling back down into depression and help with the family's business.

- The Seven Star's a form of martial arts revolving around the usage of swords. Nothing less, nothing more. They say warriors or soldiers used to practice it back in the feudal era for war and such, but nowadays it's mostly used for entertainment and performance purposes. People say that each of the stars represent Seven Kingdoms that were at once at war. Unity was finally settled between the seven. Eventually, they developed a more united style as well, which is The Seven Stars. One of Lee's ancestors is the founding fathers of this unity. The family's been given the responsibility to keep it and pass it down to generations to generations. However, as mentioned, inevitably it's slowly starting to prove itself barely of use, hence it dying.
