[atrb=border,0,true] Lou has lived in this town all her life, lacking both the opportunity and desire to leave. The peninsula is her home, and you'd have to drag her out in cuffs if you want her elsewhere. Generally, Lou is a cheerful person, bright and amiable to those she meets, and it's easy for her to get along with most people. Like anyone else, however, she has her faults, and there are bound to be people who simply don't like her. Basically, Lou needs any and all kinds of plots you can think up! Friends would be lovely. Lou is loyal, with a good sense of humour, but the one thing you must get past is that she'll probably never remember your name. Even for those she's known a long time, Lou prefers to call people by descriptive nicknames, because it's much easier for her that way. That's not the only thing that's odd with her though, and so enemies are more than possible. Lastly, romance is, as a whole, a subject that Lou hasn't had much experience in, but anything in this area would be fantastic too.
