Sure, he knows how to get a job done right and rarely beats around the bush, but he has a tendency to use others to his advantage or entertainment. It's likely he'll stick with someone because they're easy to boss around or might provide some kind of purpose for him. He's not too picky. ENEMIES Honestly, Jem is pretty hard to get along with in general. Disliking him is a lot easier than trying to befriend him, unless you possess a lot patience. ROMANCE He's pretty much taken. uvu

I'm too lazy to actually post on accounts so here. <3 But I have to plot with the lovely Mari!

I see a possible interaction between Freja and Jem!! Freja's got a problem with her fence in that her goats always seem to get out and since Jem does odd jobs, maybe she hires him to fix her fence.

And since they have such different personalities, it could be interesting! Freja would be forever shy around him LOL and almost be intimidated but be very happy that he fixes her fence so her goats don't get out uvu

d'aww, freja seems like a cutie. I don't see why he wouldn't fix her fence. maybe he wouldn't like the goats. but goats alone aren't enough to scare jem maybe

as for their personalities, I think it would be fun to see how they interact with each other. I'm not quite sure how Jem would react to her considering I haven't gotten used to RPing him yet, nonetheless I think a thread with them would be interesting. uvu

valdis and jem

While Val doesn't know who he is, she likes gems. Jem sounds like gem, therefore she must love Jem! What Valdis doesn't have in patience, she makes up for in total obliviousness. If he sassed her, she simply wouldn't be aware and would continue to wag her tail and talk about all sorts of prettiful things like bunnies and cookies. I can't imagine Jem enjoying this sort of treatment much, so I think it suffices to say annoyance.

If Jem likes picking up a spare bit of gold, Elijah always needs help over at the carpenter's workshop [and needs an apprentice]. He's a bit of a pushover and already has a sassy nine year old who walks all over him. It might make for an interesting work relationship?

I also have Luca, who makes booze and is a grown-up teenager, and Zephyr, who is the chillest guy around who always has joints. Let me know if you have a plot in mind for them.

I can see this. Apprentice or not, Jem could stick around sometimes to help with elijah's workshop or something. No doubt he wants the gold, but he'd probably stick around for one reason or another. I do think this would make for an interesting work relationship though.
