Hey, Ducky! This is Vincent. Again, let me welcome you to TIH! I have five characters, so I'll try to plot Belle with them to the best of my ability.
valdis and belle
Valdis is everyone's friend. Actually, she considers everyone her friend even before she gets to know them. However, due to her being so friendly, she can cross lines without realizing whatsoever and make others incredibly anxious and annoyed in her presence. Given Belle is a nice girl, I've no doubt the two of them could be friends. Valdis also has two pet rabbits that will likely come in for frequent checkups.
fionn and belle
The complete opposite of Valdis, Fionn is an asshole, borderline sociopath. I can't imagine them even having interacted, unless Belle was a fan of the band he's in. Even then, I can't see him taking to her and more than likely sneers and tries to bully her.
elijah and belle
Though he's rather softspoken and hard on himself, Elijah is a pretty good guy, though quite a bit older than Belle. He has a daughter that may have a pet, so they could meet at an appointment. He's either working himself on different projects around the village or drinking the night away at the bar. Maybe he can fix/build something for her?
luca and belle
Luca is allergic to women and I can't see them speaking without him suffocating.
zephyr and belle
Zephyr is a local paper boy and a stereotypical stoner. He just kind of goes to his own pace and is relatively chill with everything. Can't say I have a particular plot in mind for them, but he does deliver the paper every morning/afternoon and may run into her.

Valdis sounds great to have her interact with. An friendly person like her could be just what Belle needs to have her shell broken so she can make some friends.
