She's kind of an idiot but overall friendly. She's absolutely terrified of needles and more or less forces all of her nurses and her receptionist to administer shots. Generally speaking, she likes to think of everyone as her friend. Apple pie is her lover basically and if you give it to her, she'll be your best friend for life. She's loud and easily bored. And plays solitaire as her pass time because nothing every really happens in Primula that she needs to be alert about. She's also kind of flirty, but. Not necessarily in a good way. She's pretty bad at it actually. But hey, whatever right? She is also in a romance plot so that's off limits. Well. Actually, I don't mind it if things get in the way of that. Trouble is always welcome.
	ASHER	This is the town's one and only police officer. He currently has an eight year old daughter named Michelle. He's not the most social of people and he's not exactly strict either. For the most part, he lets people get away with things that aren't exactly legal. Just as long as they don't really cause anyone any harm. He generally keeps to himself and tries not to really make himself be known. He cares deeply for his daughter, though he sometimes has to entrust Michi to other people to watch. He is open to romance plots, however; it might take a little time. He still holds onto his late wife's wedding ring and doesn't feel right loving someone else so soon. Although, he knows he has to move on some day.
	KATNISS	Believe it or not, this girl is a guy. Not that he'll ever admit it out loud. He'd much rather keep that part of him a secret. He is a magical boy, basically. He has lived for the most part in the forest, so people who wander out there frequently would find him. He has this thing where he never wears shoes. Ever. He hates wearing shoes. Also, he really is fond of eating raspberries. He is known to make charms and potions for people, although it doesn't always give what people want. He is open for romance plots, however; he's a little eccentric. Also he's gay. So there's that.
	KANAE	She's a nature photographer and came to Primula so that she could really capture what she wanted out of life. She thinks it's about time that she settled down instead of moving every two weeks or so and as a result, decided to make her nest in this quaint little town. She's very happy and occasionally hyper. She tends to appear out of no where and expecially from places that most people wish she wouldn't come out of. She also tends to get really antsy really fast. She is in a relationship plot, hehe. But yes. Here's another happy character, pahaha.
	VIVIAN	He's a hootrat, but he isn't exactly thug if you know what I'm sayin'. He's pretty lame actually. He's kind of girly and pathetic, but yeah. He likes baking and sewing. Sewing stuffed animals especially. He only recently moved from the city and has two mothers for his parents, and presently is an only child. He's pretty social though, so he's fine with making new friends. Although, he's never been very good at talking to girls so anyone of the female persuasion might find it hard to deal with him. He is not open for romance because he's in L-O-V-E with a pretty girl named Skye.
	FALLON	The tiny, ten year old hobo. So to speak. Her parents abandoned her when she was younger and presently she lives in her deceased grandmother's house on her own. She has been prompted with help although she refuses it every single time. She does not want to rely on people who just abandon her in the end. However, that doesn't people will stop? So you can have people come and try to help her regardless. She also tends to try and hide in other people's houses when she's afraid or lonely. Maybe someone can even adopt her one day? It depends on how close they can get to her. She's generally very happy though and tries to approach every day with a new look on life. She appears as any normal kid, basically. Romance plots are obviously not open unless someone makes another ten year old or something for her to have friends. Outside of that, I see a lot of parental roles. Or maybe people think she's a dirty hobo and mocks her. I don't really care.
	ARACELI	So, Araceli is a Spanish girl that only recently arrived into town. She doesn't really speak the language and she seems to train all of her pets in Spanish. Which may or may not make trouble for everyone. Not that she really cares much! She's a pretty upbeat kind of person although people are going to have to be kind of patient with her. She speaks slowly and more often than less fails to speak to much of anyone. She really does want to make friends though! She just isn't sure how to do it. So, she is kind of in a romance plot but I'm not sure if it's final or not just yet! So trouble on the way is definitely appreciated.

I would've given you a great bully plot if Fionn weren't five years older than her. As kids on the peninsula, I'll still say that they didn't get along to say the least. Maybe Juni tried to bully Zadie at some point and Fionn pretty much owned her ass? Not to mention the obligatory sass between these two.

Now this is really interesting. Val is already dealing with Yasmine's clothing shop as competition, where Yasmine already is deliberately bitchy to her and Val doesn't get it as Val typically doesn't. Juniper simply sells other people's clothes, but Val would be dense enough to think that Juni tailors them herself. Val isn't turning much of a profit because she really just gives people clothes and tells them to pay when they can, but maybe Juni won't tune in on that and really believe Val is making huge business putting her designs on everyone?

valdis and elijah

Pirates are one of the coolest things ever. Val will want to help him build his ship [cheerlead] and go treasure hunting, meanwhile being honorary pirate ship princess. She also would like to decorate his hook.

Happy random crazy friends. Perhaps they could have a collaboration where Val organizes a photoshoot for her advertisements?

I know it wouldn't change anything, but Val pretty much offers everyone the same deal to using a bed or having a meal. Though with Fallon she'd disguise it as an impromptu sleepover or whatever. Fallon is Val's mental age and her desire to be friends so desperately reflects it.

Or maybe since Avaline hates blood it could be some flu that may or may not be worse than it should be because according to cecilia "the only cure for the 'flu' is to beat it out with some good hard work"? Also Cecilia would disapprove of her ditsy nature /nodnod.

"how are you not dead yet?" Yeah, she'd be quite concerned for Kanae's safety going out on all those adventures armed with nothing but a camera. Now would she be able to appropriately convey this concern? Probably not she never does. But it would be fun if she feels the need to play bodyguard for kanae at some point.

okay idk why but I can actually see cecilia liking Fallon (to an extent). She'd admire the girl's independence and probably be a tad worried and try to help out a bit (aka try to teach the thing something useful: aka a (read:her) trade and/or sword/daggerplay)

She wouldn't like the fact that araceli's still struggling with english apparently it "shouldn't be that hard". She might even take it upon herself to try and probably fail to coach the girl which could be fun (for us at least, probably not for them). Ahaha. But considering Felix' aversion to hospitals and doctors in general, it would make sense to plot up with Aveline? Something along the lines of going to the hospital because he has a really bad cold and his workplace won't let him in because they might catch it and he has something important he found in the library prior to his sickness (so he wants to read it ASAP). He sucks up his pride for once and decides to visit the hospital? Er...that's all I can think of for now. |D

HMMKAY SO, Sasha admires police oficers because they keep people safe and it's a job with so much honor to her. Legit. Though she'd also think he's also a super irresponsible cop for letting kids run around in their gang but she wouldn't tell him how to run his job and whatever. Definately expect little gifts from her like a donut or some nice flowers maybe somethign for his kid too since that'd be cute. But uh, poor guy being the only officer she'd probably talk to him on his patrols since it must be boring wihtout a partner. You know kinda try to be a friend but awkwardly ;7; hahaaaa

Sasha like exploring and she's pretty close to the woods so she'd definately go in there and meet Katniss at some point. I guess a friendly conversation every so often or directions to somewhere?
