As such, he was raised into the lifestlye and as a kid he adored helping his parents with the daily tasks. However, after being enrolled into school, he took an interest in painting. His art teacher praised his natural ability in art, and soon Ezra lost interest in farming. As he grew older, he was absolutely enveloped in his artwork and his high school friends. As such, Ezra completely stopped helping his parents with the farm. This caused tension in the family, and upon graduation Ezra fled Primula for a life in the city. He had big dreams of painting things that no one from his small hometown would ever hope to see. In the city, he fell into the nightlife. Painting by day and drinking by night, he felt happy... temporarily. Homesick and feeling out of control, he organized his life back into boxes and decided to move back home. Two days before Ezra was set to vacate his small apartment, he saw a beautiful woman walking on the street. Without a second thought he approached her and said he just had to paint her... To his surprise, she agreed and the next morning she showed up at his place just on time. However, one thing lead to another and she spent the night in his bed.
